Falling all away from me

Just love the feelings of life

Blue sky, black night

Ever feel unhappy or stressed? I do.

Move it.

Move it.

Everybody loves to move it.

Actually, it's a good way to feel better

30 minutes of exercise?

Yes it's good for the body,

but also yes, it is good for the mind.

People want you to move.

Make your heart race from effort.

Run around the cul-de-sac.

Run around the neighborhood.

Run around the campus grounds.

Running will make you run from your stress and pain.

Jump! Jump! Jump!

Jump with rope!

Jump rope without rope.

Do what I do if you're a metal head like me.

Listen to your favorite metal and mosh to it like you've never moshed before.

Solo mosh pits keep my heart pumping strong from all the movement.

Move to feel better.

Don't eat your troubles away. It will only add to the pain.

Exercise will cause pain to leave your body, because it can't keep up with your heartbeat!

What else to do?

What to do.

Write. Draw. Read. Play the Music.

A home journal can be cleansing. Keep it at home at all times.

Try writing in special handwriting. I've done that before. It's fun.

Draw pictures. Pictures of things you enjoy.

Draw objects in your house.

Draw cartoons.

Draw elaborate, random shapes. Keep adding until you fill the whole page.

Read stories online and from the library.

Believe me.

You will most likely see that some people have it far worse than you.

I mean,

there always is someone who has it worse than you.

There always is.


Who made you upset?

Someone.

Someone precious?

Drifted apart from you?

Away away away??

That's why 1 is never enough.

You would be best to have more than just 1 in your life.

1 precious person isn't enough.

Friends.

Family.

A Lover.

It is best to have all of the above.

Sigh.

Sometimes I wish,

I wish I wish,

I wish I had all 3.

but I don't



yet.



Continue to be good.

Do your absolute best in life.

Move, feel, accept, and love.

Moving.

Moving is more effective than you think.

Move your body.

Make your heart race.

Race away from your troubles.

Stay strong.

Stay kind.

Stay caring.

Stay pure.



Trust me on this,

no matter what your beliefs,

there are always people watching over you.

protecting you.

Believing in you.




Make them proud.
I can tell you by personal experience that exercise is great for getting rid of anxiety. 

other things are cool too, but I've found exercise to be the best. 


I mean, look at all those mosh pits I've uploaded to my YouTube account! 

They were so much fun, and got my heart racing. 


Exercise the way you want to. 

Take my word for it. It helps a lot.
